Delivery Policy

At Affordable Nutrition UK, we know that fast, reliable delivery matters. That’s why we aim to dispatch orders quickly and use a fully tracked delivery service for UK orders.

Same-Day Dispatch Before 4pm

Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday will normally be dispatched the same business day.

Orders placed after 4pm will normally be dispatched on the following business day.

Orders placed after the cut-off on a Friday, or during a weekend or UK public holiday, will normally be processed on the next available business day.

While we make every effort to meet our same-day dispatch commitment, exceptionally busy periods or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally result in a delay.

Royal Mail Tracked 24

UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 24, providing tracking from dispatch through to delivery.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver parcels on the next working day after dispatch. However, this is a delivery aim rather than a guaranteed next-day service.

Most customers receive their orders within 1–2 working days of dispatch, although delivery can occasionally take longer.

Delivery Charges

We aim to keep our UK delivery charges simple and affordable:

  • Orders under £75 — £1.95 delivery

  • Orders of £75 or more — FREE delivery

Your applicable delivery charge will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Where available, Royal Mail may also provide email or SMS delivery updates, including an estimated delivery date and options for managing your delivery.

Your tracking information allows you to follow your parcel’s progress from dispatch through to delivery.

Delivery Times

Royal Mail Tracked 24 has a next-working-day delivery aim, and the majority of our orders arrive quickly after dispatch.

However, delivery times are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including:

  • Royal Mail network delays

  • Severe weather

  • Industrial action

  • Seasonal demand

  • Local delivery disruption

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

Certain destinations and postcode areas may also take longer to reach.

Northern Ireland, Islands and Remote UK Locations

Orders to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, the Isles of Scilly and certain remote areas of Scotland may take longer than deliveries to most UK mainland addresses.

Royal Mail delivery aims can vary according to the destination postcode.

Please Check Your Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

Please check your delivery details carefully before completing checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to amend the address if the parcel has not already been dispatched.

Once an order has entered the delivery network, we may be unable to change its destination.

My Order Hasn’t Arrived — What Should I Do?

If your tracking information shows an unexpected delay, or your parcel hasn’t arrived when expected, please contact us at:

Please include your order number so that we can investigate the delivery as quickly as possible.

Royal Mail has procedures for investigating delayed or potentially lost parcels. As the sender, we can make the appropriate enquiries where necessary.

Please bear in mind that Royal Mail may require a certain period to have passed before a parcel can formally be treated as lost.

Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and retain the item and its original packaging.

We may ask for photographs or other information so that we can investigate the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy.
